I rebuilt Shopify for conversion, improved RTO leakage with automated COD verification plus WhatsApp order-confirmation, and drove measurable lead gen outcomes (e.g., 200 qualified leads in one week with 10 store-visit conversions), while leading a team of 10 across paid media, SEO, social, and web.
