What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Customer Service or Virtual Assistant role where I can provide reliable support to customers and the team behind the business.

I supported customers at Karmic Cold Pressed Juice across phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram, handling orders, deliveries, payments, refunds, complaints, and follow-ups. I used Shopify to process orders and maintain accurate customer information.
