What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocating anywhere and am seeking roles where I can manage client portfolios, improve operational processes, validate utility costs, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

I've managed utility portfolios at Shiro Electrical Management since 2009, tracking water and electricity consumption, validating billing, reconciling monthly accounts, and recovering costs across property portfolios. I work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, property managers, and external clients to maintain productive business relationships.

Alongside account and utilities work, I've provided remote transcription, translation, PDF conversion, and image-to-text services. I've also supported sustainable energy projects through building analysis, solar and wind equipment design and installation oversight, team supervision, and equipment sales.
