For Health Care Services Corporation, I led delivery of Salesforce ACE and Benefit Determination modernization, replacing Siebel with Salesforce for omni-channel CRM and modernizing claims adjudication through the Keystone cloud platform. I managed concurrent Agile/SAFe programs and global delivery teams.
At Illumina, I defined and executed Salesforce testing across SIT and UAT, coordinating global QA resources and release readiness. At Anthem, I led Agile and Waterfall delivery for regulated healthcare platforms and oversaw a major vendor transition to Deloitte.
Earlier at Deloitte, I managed application delivery for Eli Lilly and Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Siebel CRM and Portal platforms. For the American Red Cross, I delivered a multilingual Siebel Portal implementation with location-based blood donation drive search.
