I built and solo-operated an end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment pipeline for Starwheels (Collectibles E-commerce), handling Instagram order intake, automated forms, Google Sheets, Shiprocket dispatch, and fast fulfillment. I designed a 100% prepaid order model with manual fraud verification, and I’ve kept payment fraud losses at zero across the business.

I also owned sourcing, stock tracking, and packaging protocols to prevent delivery damage, while scaling from ₹1,100 starting capital to ₹3 lakh+ revenue within 3–6 months. Alongside operations, I’ve worked as a Graphic Designer and Senior Graphic Designer across remote brand campaigns—creating content calendars, video creatives, and performance-iterated assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
