As a temporary Team Lead, I coordinate priorities for a 7–8 member team, train new hires and cross-functional partners, and turn recurring customer cases into practical team learning.
I've also created commissioned illustrations, pet portraits, logos, brand identities, reports, stationery, and marketing visuals as a freelance designer and across SocialWorth Design Studio, Karvy Data Management, Lovestruckcow, and Brandeur.
