I’m a Senior Product Manager with 14+ years of experience building data-driven platforms, workflow automation systems, and internal tooling for financial services. I take products from 0 to 1, eliminate manual processes at scale, and improve revenue alignment through better data visibility.

Most recently at Ambit Capital, I designed and launched an org-wide Analytics Dashboard (MIS) by integrating data from multiple internal systems—achieving 100% adoption across ~120 users in weeks. I replaced 18 Excel-based trackers, compressing reporting cycles from days/weeks to real-time visibility, and surfaced sales effort misalignment to shift focus toward higher-revenue client tiers.

I also built a 0→1 Event & Conference Management Platform to manage roadshows, 1:1 meetings, and large investor conferences. With ~500 attendees and 700+ meetings per event, I created a dynamic meeting room allocation engine that removed scheduling errors and manual coordination, and delivered standardized mobile access to schedules and meetings.

Earlier, as Product Lead at Analec Infotech, I modernized a legacy B2B research and compliance platform into a scalable system—reducing report generation time by ~50% and cutting data upload time from 60+ seconds to ~13 seconds. Across roles, I’ve partnered directly with CXO-level stakeholders and global clients to define roadmaps, run demos, and iterate based on real-world usage.
