My background also includes hospital maintenance, residential new-construction plumbing, and Army leadership as a Staff Sergeant, recruiter, and instructor. I bring hands-on construction knowledge, practical problem solving, and organized follow-through using Salesforce, The Customer Factor CRM, Excel, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Slack.
