At Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center, I coordinate patient registration, check-in and check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, and patient record maintenance.

As the first contact for patient inquiries, I answer and direct phone calls while supporting accurate, efficient service for patients and staff. I apply my knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and electronic health records.

Previously, at Ross Dress for Less, I trained and supervised cashiers, resolved customer disputes, and completed store opening and closing procedures.

I'm pursuing an Associate Degree in Medical Data Technology at Hinds Community College and am seeking a Medical Billing and Coding or Medical Receptionist role.
