I’m looking for a remote customer service or inside sales role where I can use client communication, problem-solving, and accurate documentation to resolve concerns, support sales, and help your team succeed.

I’m a customer-focused administrative and customer service professional, blending client communication, sales support, and day-to-day operations to keep things running smoothly. I’m known for building rapport quickly, listening closely to concerns, and providing clear next steps that reduce customer friction.

In auto sales support, I assisted customers with vehicle inquiries, listings, and purchase questions through phone, email, and in-person communication. I maintained strong attention to detail while managing high volumes of requests, organized sales paperwork and customer records, and supported scheduling coordination and follow-ups.

I also helped drive positive customer experiences that contributed to repeat business and satisfaction by guiding purchasing decisions and maintaining consistent documentation accuracy.
