I’m a Recruitment & Development Director at 180 Degrees Consulting (KFUPM), where I lead end-to-end recruitment for 60+ applicants and build high-performing teams through case-based interviews and selection criteria. I also design and deliver consultant development programs for 20+ members, partnering with consulting practitioners to run workshops on case structuring and strategy.

Alongside consulting, I bring business development and market insight from my clean-tech experience in Austria (Remote). I led Saudi market-entry analysis for a European startup by mapping 10+ ecosystem stakeholders, built a structured entry plan that secured a pilot site, and earned acceptance into a top-tier accelerator—while serving as the primary liaison between leadership and Saudi partners.

My technical foundation is in bioengineering and sustainable R&D, developed as a Research Associate at Alfaisal University. I led and coordinated two cross-functional research teams (3+ members each), advanced hydrogen fuel and nanocomposite biosensing work, and increased detection sensitivity by ~25% for healthcare and environmental monitoring; I’ve also presented outcomes to 50+ students, faculty, and industry collaborators. I’m now focused on expanding my consulting expertise at the intersection of strategy, data analysis, and sustainability.
