What I'm looking for

I'm drawn to improving how software teams deliver, most recently by rebuilding the development process around AI.

At Committed, GoldBond TMS, I owned delivery of a container terminal management platform replacing a legacy MS-Access / MSSQL system through a phased cutover. I began with three months of discovery, then authored the PRD and target architecture for a product spanning web, mobile and backend.

I delivered a tiered MSSQL-to-PostgreSQL sync pipeline with automated data-parity checks and dual write-back, enabling incremental cutover without operational downtime. The product also includes field-operation apps, crane dispatch automation, government integrations and bilingual Hebrew/English support.

I established Claude Code as the team's primary development environment and put specifications, machine-enforced standards and adversarial AI code review into the delivery process. The team delivered about 8,400 commits and 640,000 lines of production code; my own work included 4,906 commits and 1,032 merged pull requests.

Earlier, I managed development teams at FirstOffer and Kimaia / Abra, and led Android development at Booking.com. Across these roles, I worked on customer-facing products, internal tools and software delivery from architecture through release.
