At DevExpress, I fix customer-reported defects in Reporting and Dashboards, taking each issue from support ticket through reproduction, root-cause analysis, tests, and a merged pull request. Before moving into product development, I resolved 16,000+ tickets and built a feature-testing workflow adopted company-wide.

I also founded o-mapka.com, a live public map and calendar of orienteering, running, and cycling events. I built it with AI agents, using scrapers, a FastAPI backend, and a React + MapLibre map, and assembled a two-person team around the product.
