What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my networking, troubleshooting, Active Directory, Azure AD, and end-user support experience into a first- or second-line IT support role.

At Corelinks – IT Solutions & Training Center, I supported staff, trainees, and administrators across office and training lab environments.

I administered Active Directory and Azure Active Directory accounts for around 20 users, handling onboarding, offboarding, group memberships, access permissions, and account lifecycle tasks.

I configured routers, switches, IP addressing, and network services while resolving hardware, software, connectivity, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Outlook issues—usually within the same shift.

I also maintained systems through updates, patching, and backups, and built documentation for network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and equipment setups. I'm AZ-900 certified, CCNA trained, and ready to contribute in first- and second-line IT support.
