I’m a results-driven IT professional with 12+ years of hands-on experience in remote system administration, network management, and end-user support. I can independently manage complete IT infrastructure—servers, desktops, printers, CCTV, and backup systems—while maintaining reliable performance across organizations in Pakistan, the USA, and the UK.

As a Remote System & Network Administrator, I serve as a sole IT administrator remotely, managing infrastructure for an organization of 27 desktops and laptops. I administer 3 production servers and 1 dedicated backup server, oversee network hardware, troubleshoot connectivity, and manage peripherals including standard, colour, label printers, and scanners.

I also own data protection and continuity by executing daily automated/manual backups and maintaining and testing recovery procedures. For day-to-day support, I resolve end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues using SLA-driven processes and Jira ticketing, including Office 365 administration and Exchange support.

Earlier, I remotely administered Windows environments and network infrastructure for US-based operations, deploying Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WDS, managing GPOs, and configuring disaster recovery using Synology NAS. I’ve also supported campus-wide networking for hundreds of staff and students and contributed to network design and deployment work for a university environment, including Windows Server domain setup and Microsoft Exchange configuration.
