I'm currently supporting Quidel Ortho at Vistex, eliciting OTC and pricing requirements for an SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation. I lead SAP SD and Vistex data migration profiling and validation, maintaining 100% data accuracy, and design customer rebate and incentive solutions.
Previously at IBM, I helped Ericsson translate Customer Demand Management and OTC requirements into standardized S/4HANA processes. I configured SAP SD order management and global pricing, shaped Agile epics and user stories, and led risk assessment and testing activities through UAT.
At TCS, I supported Astellas and Eli Lilly across global OTC operations, e-invoicing, indirect tax, GTS integration, FSCM, and compliance. I also enable key users through training and documentation while resolving complex operational bottlenecks.
