My work spans global greenfield transformations, including S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition rollouts across the US, China, Singapore, and Switzerland.
I design clean-core Finance solutions across General Ledger, RTR, PTP, controlling, treasury, project systems, reporting, and integrations. I lead fit-to-standard workshops, ledger and parallel-accounting design, testing, cutover, hypercare, and business readiness through first close while mentoring FI/CO teams and partnering directly with business stakeholders.
