Led SAP OTC team supporting S/4HANA initiatives in high-volume CPG and wholesale distribution environments. Played key role in SAP S/4HANA transformation (JD Edwards to S/4), driving solution design and process optimization to improve order confirmation workflows.

Implemented end-to-end e-invoice project for Serbia and strategic sales interfaces project for global rollout. Designed and delivered 12 pallet rules specific to South Africa, and provided troubleshooting and solutions for business-critical incidents with tight SLAs.

Led GHX project from OTC side as a proactive independent consultant, maintaining good relations with all stakeholders. Spearheaded and implemented new OTC model for GHX project for new pricing as per client requirements, integrated with third-party system via SAP PO.

Handled basic issues related to SAP GTS and resolved complex issues related to HUB scenarios with cycles involving more than 10 documents. Configured, tested, and documented end-to-end OTC cycles, and delivered complete smart forms for final invoice/delivery notes.

Team member for S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation projects, including SAP Implementation for Viney Corporation, Italy and Jayem Automobiles, Coimbatore. Provided application maintenance and development support for Cooper Standard Automotive, Tata Motors Limited, and FIAT Automobiles.
