What I'm looking for

I seek a team-management role where I can apply leadership, CRM and data-analysis skills to improve customer experience, drive targets and mentor staff.

I am a results-driven team manager and data analyst with extensive experience in after-sales customer service and CRM for automotive dealerships. I recently re-entered the workforce in February 2024 and have been working with M/s Bridgeway NRGY as a Team Management and Data Analyst.

I have led teams (typically 5–8 members) across call center, CRM and maintenance reminder system (MRS) functions, coordinating showroom and workshop operations and ensuring daily and monthly targets are met. I focus on MIS, target tracking, performance and conversion measurement, and management reporting.

My background includes customer retention and service-reminder programs, insurance renewal coordination, cross-selling of service products, and training and onboarding new staff. I emphasize data accuracy, proactive customer follow-up, and driving service-business outcomes.
