I've managed enterprise 3CX infrastructure for Confacundi and Damas, supporting hundreds of extensions, complex routing, and high-availability requirements. At RIPUZ Soporte, I managed more than 10 cloud instances and over 500 extensions with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

I build practical unified communications solutions across 3CX, Asterisk, Avaya, Azure, and Debian. My work includes SIP trunking, cloud migrations, Microsoft Teams Phone System integrations, and security controls using Azure NSGs, iptables, and fail2ban.

I've created 3CX integrations for Bitrix24, Salesforce, and custom CRMs using Template Generator, Call Flow Designer, the Call Control API, and webhooks. I also developed time-based call routing for multi-shift operations and use Wireshark and Asterisk debugging tools to resolve complex incidents quickly.

Through Techstore, my registered technology business, I lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support, including VoIP, cloud services, IT support, structured cabling, CCTV, and access control.
