What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote technical support or systems administration role supporting users and client environments across USA, Canada, or LATAM time zones. I want to apply my Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, endpoint security, and incident-management experience.

At RyP Computer, I delivered L1/L2 support for 80+ users across more than eight client sites in legal, pharmaceutical, government, commerce, and manufacturing environments. I resolved 20–25 remote, phone, and on-site tickets each week while owning incidents from triage through resolution, escalation, and follow-up.

I've administered Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, connected pharmaceutical offices through pfSense site-to-site VPNs, and configured MikroTik load balancing and failover to keep a law firm's daily operations online without downtime. I also deployed network infrastructure, supported municipal government help desks, and led virtualization migrations that enabled remote-work continuity.

I build practical, repeatable IT operations through governance programs, preventive maintenance, knowledge-base documentation, and security-focused support in English and Spanish.
