What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my data operations, underwriting support, CRM, outreach infrastructure, and AI automation experience to keep high-volume fintech or sales operations accurate, reliable, and compliant.

I'm currently supporting a U.S. merchant cash advance debt restructuring firm, where I analyze merchant bank statements, assess cash flow, identify existing MCA positions, and screen eligibility for restructuring programs.

I own lead data pipelines end to end, from cleaning, deduplicating, merging, and segmenting large files to maintaining CRM integrity and lead lifecycle across sales and operations. I also deliver reporting and agent performance analytics to management.

I configure Readymode and Vicidial campaigns, manage DID rotation and caller ID reputation, and run compliant SMS outreach using TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN, and Reassigned Numbers Database practices. Across more than 10 years in data operations, IT support, and fintech, I've focused on accurate data, dependable systems, and AI-assisted workflow automation.
