I’m looking for a role where I can lead administrative and HR/payroll operations end-to-end—strengthening compliance, accuracy, and efficiency—using Oracle/UKG/Salesforce and proven process improvements in a collaborative environment.

I am an innovative, organized, detailed, task-driven Lead Administrator with 15+ years of comprehensive administrative experience managing governmental, customer/client-centric offices. I focus on records administration, payroll processing, project management, talent acquisition, and accounts payable and receivable.

I develop and maintain administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy, and achieve organizational objectives. I’m known for strong communication, being extremely self-motivated, and prioritizing work activities while handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.

In HR and payroll roles, I’ve supported the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding/offboarding to employee relations and HRIS data management. I’ve processed payroll bi-weekly (including full-cycle work) using systems such as Oracle Cloud Application, Oracle HCM, UKG Workforce Management, Kronos, Telestaff, PeopleSoft, Salesforce payroll modules, Concur payroll software, and ADP, while resolving discrepancies and maintaining payroll policies in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Alongside HR and payroll, I support day-to-day office operations, executive scheduling, record retention, and cross-department coordination. From office management to admissions and administrative operations, I’ve handled PHI, maintained electronic files in tools like Laserfiche, reconciled budgets and reports for accuracy, and supported special projects to boost efficiency and conserve time.
