What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven organization where I can own HR and administrative operations, strengthen compliance and records management, and support leadership with confidential, high-touch service in a collaborative public-service environment.

I’m a results-driven administrative and human resources professional with 10+ years of experience supporting municipal government, law enforcement, nonprofit, and child welfare organizations. I specialize in HR administration, employee relations, records management, compliance, payroll, budgeting, recruitment support, and executive-level operations.

In my most recent role, I provide administrative and HR support to department leadership while handling confidential employee information. I coordinate recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and budgeting, records management, training and travel, and public records requests—while ensuring compliance with records retention requirements.

I bring strong oversight and continuous improvement experience from police records supervision and quality assurance work.
