I've supported healthcare operations at Thomas Jefferson University Cardiac Surgery, Jefferson Health, Philadelphia Mental Health Center, and Paragon Home Care, coordinating patient access, insurance requirements, and clinical documentation.

At Thomas Jefferson University, I verified eligibility and documentation for 20–25 patients daily and submitted and tracked 25+ prior authorizations weekly through UHC, Cigna, Availity, NaviNet, and EviCore. I used Epic EHR, CPT and ICD-10-CM coding, and Excel tracking to resolve authorization, coverage, coding, and reimbursement issues.

I've also managed high-volume scheduling, registration, medical records, behavioral-health authorizations, and medication-program enrollment. At Philadelphia Mental Health Center, I coordinated 250–350 appointments weekly across 10–11 providers while helping prevent interruptions in authorized services.
