At Aldar Properties, I drive enterprise CRM, digital product and customer experience transformation across Salesforce, Opera PMS, loyalty, payments and AI-enabled customer journeys. I translate business strategy into measurable commercial outcomes for one of the UAE's largest real estate developers.
I've launched Aldar's first Digital Gift Card ecosystem with Giftify and Visa, projected to reach 500,000+ users across Darna and Live Aldar. I also launched Digital SPA, the first end-to-end digital SPA booking experience among UAE developers, achieving over 90% adoption.
Previously at Naavie, I led Product transformation spanning marketing automation, loyalty and CDP integration for clients including Marriott, Aloft, Arm & Hammer and Al Hamra Real Estate. At Magna Global / IPG and BPG Maxus / WPP, I built digital planning, transformation, AI, automation and data strategies across MENA.
My work has been recognised with the Aldar Pioneer Award, Effie Gold and Silver Awards, MENA Digital Awards and the BPG Maxus Star Award.
