What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-focused HR role where I can own employee lifecycle support, improve HR processes with analytics, and build engaging learning paths for managers and teams in a global environment.

I’m an internationally experienced HR professional, working as a Global HR Generalist with nearly five years across HR generalist, global HR operations, and people-focused roles. I support managers and employees across UK and global environments across the employee lifecycle, bringing structure and clarity to everyday HR decision-making.

In my recent roles at Habasit International and Cardiff & Vale College, I advise on HR best practices and policies, analyze departmental skill gaps, and curate learning pathways. I’ve supported employee relations topics, delivered HR induction sessions, and managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.

I also strengthen HR strategy with performance and talent support—overseeing the company Performance Development Plan (PDP) process, creating employee reports, and advising managers using insights. With an academic foundation (Bachelor’s and Master’s in HR, CIPD Level 7), I’m driven to create engaging, people-focused workplaces backed by accurate data, compliance, and continuous improvement.
