I have been working for ROLLER as a design lead for the past 4 years and specialise in working in startup teams. In my time as a designer I have also contracted to a range of startups and mid-sized companies in Australia. I am most comfortable with both B2B and B2C Saas platforms.
I have experience leading and hiring other designers and developers. I have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JS and I build websites and develop branding as a side gig for smaller business in my spare time. I am most comfortable embedded in a squad or team where exectute on business outcomes. I believe in moving fast and getting features in front of customers early and iterating.
