I lead product design teams that scale acquisition, retention, and customer experience.
What I'm looking for
At Ignition, I’ve led sustained improvements to the core product experience, driving 5x growth in product-led acquisition, a 27% reduction in churn, and a 30% reduction in support costs.
I lead a seven-person team across Product Design, Content Design, and UX Engineering, while helping shape company and product strategy as part of Ignition’s senior leadership and R&D leadership teams. I’m also shipping production code to improve onboarding, look and feel, and UX debt as we shift to an AI-native SDLC.
Previously at Culture Amp, I scaled the Design practice from 6 to 32 people and led platform improvements including a product brand refresh, information architecture redesign, and acquired-product integration. At Domain, I led a complete redesign across desktop and mobile that increased NPS by 40 points.
I started as a startup founder, scaling SlidePath to around 14 people before its €3.7m acquisition by Genetix Group. I’m still a builder at heart, combining design leadership with hands-on product development.
