I am a security and safety officer with hands-on experience improving office and field security across multiple sites. I have implemented physical upgrades, coordinated training programs, and maintained daily reporting to ensure operational safety and compliance.

I led barbed wire and perimeter upgrades, installed fire safety equipment, and ensured 24/7 solar power for critical offices. I managed uniform distribution for guards and provided fire extinguishers, blankets, and guide lighting to enhance preparedness.

I designed and delivered capacity-building training for staff, guards, and drivers, including first-aid, fire safety, and vehicle check procedures, reaching hundreds of participants. I also maintain incident reporting (MOSS and multiple SEC forms) and coordinate communications with field and HQ teams.

I regularly conduct field missions to assess and upgrade premises, manage guards and drivers, and use VHF/HF radio systems for daily operations. I am committed to contributing to organizational safety and capacity development in my country.
