I’m looking to lead product operations and program delivery for tech-enabled marketplaces and logistics, using data-driven decision making, process improvement, and AI automation to drive growth, efficiency, and reliable cross-functional execution.

I’m a senior product and program management leader with 15+ years launching and scaling tech-enabled operations, marketplaces, and digital products across Latin America. I turn business needs into product solutions by combining product operations, program/project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management—often translating customer and market signals into measurable growth.

Most recently, I led delivery as Senior Manager, building and launching a consulting vertical from scratch, creating a team of 6, and exceeding revenue targets (GM & Rev) by over 100% within 3 months. At OLX Autos, I served as Head of Product Operations for LATAM, overseeing product strategy and feature launches across Chile, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia while managing a team of 20+ and aligning India product with Latam operations and commercial teams. Earlier, I led operational excellence and continuity with a 20+ person distribution network, and I managed strategic IT implementations at DHL—deploying WMS/TMS solutions and running programs with PMI methodologies to ensure smooth, data-backed delivery.
