At Walmart, I manage digital and technology initiatives for Omnichannel Supply Chain, connecting business needs with Product, Technology, and external vendors. I led the implementation of Goods-to-Person solutions using AMR and automation technologies from Geek+ and KNAPP, achieving a 13% improvement in OTIF.
I also managed a new replenishment system powered by an AI engine, improving Forecast Accuracy by 10%. My portfolio has included Dropshipping, Dark Store, and Micro-Fulfillment initiatives, as well as a new WMS across the country's distribution centers.
At Cencosud, I managed regional Supply Chain transformation programs across Chile, Peru, and Colombia. The project portfolio resulted in a more than 10% improvement in product availability, and I led planning, forecasting, and replenishment automation projects using enterprise solutions including SAS and SAP platforms.
