As an Accounts Payables Manager, I manage the full accounts payable cycle in QuickBooks—processing 300+ vendor bills weekly and issuing 50–70 client invoices daily. I reconcile accounts, manage aging and collections via email and phone, and support month-end closing while ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP.
I also lead by improving how work gets done: I implement process improvements to reduce manual errors, monitor performance through weekly reporting, and train junior finance team members to strengthen onboarding and consistency across accounting processes.
Before finance leadership, I built and scaled an e-commerce business as Founder & E-commerce Manager, managing marketplaces (Amazon, MercadoLibre, eBay, Etsy) and running ad campaigns, logistics, and AI-enhanced content.
