What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AP/accounting role where I can work with ACH and invoice tracking, use Excel for reporting, and contribute with my detail focus—leaning toward analysis before action in a participative environment where I can keep learning.

I’m a creative, detail-focused Accounting Assistant who “leans towards analysis before actions” to avoid doing things wrong. Since February 2022, I’ve processed ACH payments, handled Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, communicated with vendors, and provided payment status updates to support smooth invoice workflows.

I bring strong follow-through through invoice payment and tracking, using specialized software and tools like Excel and Outlook for data analysis and reporting. Before accounting, I built customer service and support experience—learning fast, working in English 100% of the time, and managing billing and technical support tasks—so I can collaborate clearly and solve problems with care.
