What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a GTM engineering role building the systems a growth team runs on.

At SebastianMartinSomerset, I built and operate an AI-powered B2B lead-generation platform for specialist trades. Leads delivered to my first client, David Salisbury, generated £132,000 in revenue within five months of trading.

I designed and built the platform across Python, Flask, SQLite and the Anthropic Claude API. It processes planning applications from 77 UK authorities and uses a multi-stage AI qualification funnel to identify leads against a client's exact criteria.

I also built a custom CRM for lead delivery and direct-mail outreach, plus an AI-assisted client-acquisition pipeline with human review. Before launching my business, I worked as a Marketing & Operations Intern at David Salisbury Joinery Ltd, where recommended website changes were adopted.
