I've built and maintained live AI-driven workflow systems for client businesses since 2024, covering intake, LLM processing, database state, notifications and reporting.
I built an AI voice receptionist using Vapi, Twilio, Anthropic Claude, Supabase and Make, with automated enquiry capture, booking links and weekly revenue reporting. I also designed its overlap-safe booking engine and a multi-tenant client portal with role-based access controls.
I scope automation from the business problem and the money attached to it. My background in field sales helps me work comfortably with stakeholders, while I independently take ambiguous briefs from process mapping through deployment, testing, documentation and handover.
