Through three research cycles and quantitative analysis, I improved checkout and POS flows and cut cart abandonment by 30% in three months.

Previously, I led a climate-finance database at Climate Advisers and membership, website, and events products at New York Restoration Project, where I quadrupled digital lead generation, grew email revenue 465%, and tripled monthly website traffic.
