At CompuVision (Now Converged), I serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for managed services clients. I develop IT roadmaps for lifecycle refreshes, security improvements, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization.
At Network Coverage, I designed and deployed infrastructure solutions for managed services clients and led onboarding and technical implementation for new MSP customers. I also delivered projects involving Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, and networking.
At GizmoFish, I delivered managed IT services for distributed Windows and macOS environments. I led migrations from on-premise systems to Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS, and supported VoIP deployments and network infrastructure.
