What I'm looking for

I’m looking to start an entry-level HR Administrator or L&D Coordinator role, applying my developing HR knowledge, strong organisation, and training delivery experience to support a people-focused HR team and grow through CIPD-aligned work.

I’m a Business Studies and Education graduate (2:1) currently completing a Diploma in HR Management at University College Dublin, with the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development starting Autumn 2026. I’m building my HR foundation through ongoing study while applying my strengths in organisation, communication, project coordination, and training delivery in roles where accuracy and people-centred support matter.

In my recent Project Manager work at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, I led end-to-end multi-owner luxury suite refurbishments by coordinating 20+ tradespeople and stakeholders from inspection to completion on time and within budget. I owned scheduling, documentation, and progress updates, and I communicated professionally with senior managers, owners, and operational staff, even when expectations differed. I also helped design and deliver training sessions for hospitality staff when needed, using my teaching background to create practical content, and I supported teams during periods of change by answering questions and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Before that, as a Business Studies and Religion Teacher at Rice College, I designed and delivered engaging lessons for 150+ students, adapting to diverse learning styles with Bloom’s Taxonomy. I collaborated with faculty and administration to strengthen curriculum, mentor students on career pathways, and provide performance feedback—directly reflecting learning needs analysis and coaching in an L&D context—while administering assessments and analyzing performance data to identify learning gaps. Across these experiences, I’ve developed a clear, confidential, stakeholder-focused approach, and I’m highly motivated to start an entry-level HR Administrator or L&D Coordinator role where I can support a people-first HR team and grow my expertise further.
