I also assist with onboarding and training new team members and support managers with attendance, performance, and team KPIs.
At Three Networks, I coached team members and supported employee engagement and daily operations. Earlier, I assisted with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation at CAIWU - London; I also hold a CIPD Level 5 Diploma and a BSc in Psychology with Counselling from the University of Greenwich.
