What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can design and scale inclusive community and event programs, build strategic partnerships, and drive measurable impact in mission-driven organizations.

I am a strategic social impact leader who designs and scales national community, engagement, and event ecosystems across virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments. I drive organizational growth through culturally responsive, research-informed programming, purpose-driven campaigns, and high-impact partnerships.

At Televeda, I led a nationwide engagement platform serving over ten thousand individuals from underserved populations and designed inclusive programming that increased participation and user interaction through behavioral science and gamification. I have produced flagship events including a Guinness World Record-winning hybrid campaign and expanded reach into nearly all fifty states.

I established and led the Engagement and Events department at Encircle, producing large-scale activations, securing major sponsorships with brands like Apple and Verizon, and launching campaigns that drove revenue growth and expanded visibility. I have a track record of building strategic partnerships with federal agencies, mental health organizations, advocacy groups, and Fortune 500 companies.

I also have extensive nonprofit leadership experience, including directing Volunteer and 211 operations at United Way of Utah County, serving as a long-term advisory board member and director at Kesem in Utah Valley, and volunteering as a lead community moderator for a global mental wellness community. I prioritize cultural humility, evidence-based practice, and measurable impact in all initiatives.
