I lead community engagement and outreach at Knoxville-Knox County CAC Office on Aging, expanding partnerships, fundraising, and communications for older adults. I increased event sponsorship revenue by an average of 61% and led publication of the 50,000-copy Aging Well Resource Directory.
I grow digital engagement through social media, website strategy, and accessible communications. My work increased Facebook followers by 60%, Facebook interactions by 112%, Instagram engagement by 100%, and Instagram page visits by 102%.
Previously, at Metro Drug Coalition, I managed $1M in prevention grants while maintaining 100% compliance and increasing Community Coalition meeting attendance by 650%. I also built onboarding and training programs, supervised prevention teams and social work interns, and delivered community education on substance use, mental health, stigma, and social determinants of health.
