I've helped PayPal, Braintree, HTC and other global organisations turn growth challenges into practical go-to-market plans. Most recently, I work directly with executive teams on growth, market and go-to-market challenges, including how AI is reshaping customer behaviour and marketing.

At PayPal, I led SMB marketing across 172 markets and 4.2M customers, delivering $48M in FY2022 revenue at 126% of target while operating investment fell 33% year on year. I also scaled high-value lead generation to $8M revenue at 4.5x return and lifecycle marketing to $5.4M at 15x return.

Across Braintree, I built international marketing across APAC and Europe and led global GTM strategy as the business moved beyond its startup and developer base toward enterprise customers. At ApplyBoard, I connected regional, brand, product and commercial teams around integrated planning as the business diversified beyond Canada, including the launch of its AI-powered Capio platform.

My work brings clarity to complex market questions: where to grow, who to prioritise, how to position an offer, and how to translate strategy into action. I combine business and marketing strategy with hands-on experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, new-market entry and cross-functional leadership.
