@scottgartenberg
Product leader driving AI-first SaaS product strategy and growth.
What I'm looking for
I am a product leader with deep experience building and launching SaaS products, driving go-to-market strategy, and prioritizing AI-first user experiences. I have led roadmap, pricing, packaging, and competitive analysis to grow ARR and support acquisitions.
At Intellistack I lead product strategy and roadmap for document generation and eSignature within the Streamline workflow automation platform, driving the launch of the Contract Lifecycle Management module and targeting ~$1M in new ARR through 1H 2026. Previously I modernized Formsite’s UX and mobile editor, implemented AI-based form creation, and helped grow mobile engagement.
I’ve managed product efforts through multiple acquisitions, built payment and eSignature products that scaled usage, and partnered closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver measurable impact. I focus on measurable outcomes, rapid time-to-value, and mentoring high-performing teams.
