I’m a senior product strategy and data governance leader with deep experience designing and delivering AI-enabled transformation across enterprise platforms. At Crown Castle, I’ve led the design and implementation of AI agents across CoPilot, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, while creating process documentation and coordinating execution through scrum teams and user testing.

I build programs end-to-end—strategy through delivery. I oversee consulting vendor strategy (including drafting SOWs and RFPs, selecting vendors, and managing relationships), and I designed and implemented the first Business Transformation and Data Governance departments in the company, including five-year roadmaps, project alignment, and resourcing plans.

I lead and scale teams to make governance and process improvements stick. I’ve hired and managed multi-level leadership across project management, business strategy, product management, process development, and solution architecture, including data governance leads focused on critical data elements, data profile documentation, and report creation—supported by key data and process controls, Visio/Lucidchart process mapping, and program efficiency practices like Six Sigma and Agile.

Before my senior leadership role, I drove measurable process innovation and enterprise transformation, including leading work that reduced customer cycle time by 80% and coordinating change management across 1,500 FTEs. I also built data integrity and reporting capabilities as an Asset Manager, and earlier in my career I contributed through quality assurance and licensing execution; I complement my enterprise work with certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and SAFe Agile (‘SAFe for Architects’).
