I'm available for project-based work and client on-site travel.

At U.S. Geological Survey, I lead enterprise AI and GenAI governance across 10+ use cases, from intake and risk classification through control assessment and production approval. I designed and operate a framework with risk tiers, human-oversight requirements, review checkpoints, and approval standards.

I translate NIST AI RMF, OMB M-25-21, OMB M-25-22, and Executive Order 14179 into practical agency policies, workflows, and documentation. I also review Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI tools for data leakage, access controls, logging, and sensitive-information risks.

Previously, at Diameter Health / Availity, I led data governance and access reviews in HIPAA-regulated, SOC 2 environments and managed a 13-person data organization. Across healthcare, energy, and enterprise analytics roles, I have worked on governed data platforms, audit readiness, and security controls.
