At The National School of Aesthetics, I create and assess quality management systems and write the documents that support the school’s operations, including handbooks, investment plans, and course approval documentation.
I teach and assess students on reflexology courses and work with students from their first inquiries through graduation. I also apply for and maintain tuition funding; subsidies and Fees Free brought in approximately $1.2M NZ per annum.
During the 2010–2011 earthquake sequence, I helped maintain operations and rebuild the school’s resources and premises. I also designed and helped oversee construction of new premises.
