At Te Ora Hou | Papanui, Ōtautahi, I supported rangatahi and whānau through mentoring, co-designed programs, and connections to resources. I also created training to support inclusive spaces for LGBTQIA+ rangatahi and whānau.
At Red Cross | Ōtautahi, I helped the Bounce Project develop bicultural and LGBTQIA+-inclusive practice. I co-designed wellbeing training and events with young people and stakeholders.
As a Self Employed Supervisor, I support Youth Workers to build reflective and ethical practice, grounded in the Youth Worker Code of Ethics and Te Tiriti Ō Waitangi. Equity, cultural safety, and access to support guide my mahi.
