At Plus91 Technologies, I lead HR operations and people strategy for a healthcare technology company, aligning workforce requirements and HR priorities with business objectives. I advise founders on organizational design, workforce planning and people decisions.

I strengthened HR systems through policies, statutory compliance processes and HR operating practices, and implemented technology-enabled HR processes using Zoho HRMS. I also developed competency frameworks and OKR-based performance and growth processes.

Since 2022, I’ve driven GenAI enablement in HR through AI-assisted workflows, recruitment use cases and rapid solution prototyping. I supported recruitment of up to 80 employees in one month for a high-value government project.

At the Western Region ZSI Hackathon 2026, I won first prize for JeevDhara AI, a forest intelligence system powered by a digital twin of forest ecosystems. I handled solution design, mobile app development using Replit and Lovable, Google AI Studio integration, a Gemini-based product demonstration and a NotebookLM stakeholder presentation.
