Savannah Miller

I’m a collections and customer-service professional focused on helping customers resolve overdrafted or in-collection accounts while keeping records accurate and up to date. In my current role, I take inbound and outbound calls, research accounts, and work to route customers to the correct department.

I’m responsible for inputting payment arrangements and documenting every account I manage, with full tracking in Excel. I also collaborate with IT for trouble shooting and support virtual meeting needs using Skype and Zoom.

Before collections, I served as general manager at Whit’s frozen custard, where I handled hiring and training, inventory twice a week, and daily operations. I managed catering orders and events, handled customer complaints tied to outsourced delivery issues, and planned daily flavor calendars with updated materials for employees.

I bring a people-first, detail-oriented approach drawn from 12 years of customer service roles and management experience. I’m motivated by helping people in need, and I enjoy learning new skills—like computer coursework, medical billing, and business management—to improve how I support customers and teams.
